Many do it, but hardly anyone knows exactly how: We are talking about # Endurance training. Hardly any topic has become as firmly anchored in the minds of dangerous semi-knowledge as cardio training. Therefore, we clarify what you should know about it to get a good training effect.
How long should you exercise?
Already with 30 minutes of endurance training, you can improve your fitness and # condition steadily. You can decide for yourself if you would rather train for 2×15 minutes and maybe even change the device or the intensity, or if you would like to train for 30 minutes at a time. Most important, however, is your current training level: If you’ve never done endurance training before, you’ll probably already have 10 minutes at a stretch – and that’s fine! Then climb slowly and eventually the 30 minutes will be too little for you.
How often should you exercise?
Prevention physicians recommend 3 sports units of 30 minutes per week. We join in this and recommend that you train your stamina 2-3 times a week – it does not matter if you lose weight, increase your #fitness and # burning fat or just want to feel good. During endurance training, your cardiovascular system always benefits and is trained right away. That’s why #cardiotraining is important for everyone, whether it’s super fit or still on the way there.
How intensive should you train?
It is important that you orientate yourself to your personal fitness level. If you are not sure how to design your training session, you can always ask our #ixmal trainers! You can set your cardio device to your liking and also take over another station in your training. This provides variety and your endurance training is so particularly effective.
Endurance training makes you happy!
The most important thing, however, is that you enjoy training and thus lay the foundation for long-term success! Changing equipment or various fitness classes provide the necessary variety within your training. And best of all, our body releases the happiness hormone serotonin during training and ensures that we feel really good after the sport! So pick up the next #ixmal and pick up happy hormones!
